Joseph Abeiku Dadzie, Junior Operations and Training Manager at JB Consultant Group, started his career in the service industry at Promisador Ghana as Quality Control Officer.
During this time he learned some of the most important and impactful skills in client focused industries; quality & consistency.
Given his then growing interest in the service sector, his move to hospitality was a natural progression.
Joseph is one of the many great examples within the hospitality sector showing career growth through hard work, dedication and passion for the industry.
During his 7 years with the YOLO Group he grew with the company from a Barback position as part of the opening team at Urban Grill, to Bar Supervisor at Santoku.
His passion has always revolved around the beverage side of the business, however understanding the overall management of a restaurant has become second nature to him.
Since joining JB Consultant Group in 2021, Joseph has expanded his skillset in training and development of junior staff, analysis of existing operations and the follow through of the necessary standards implementation within front of house departments to achieve company goals during restructuring of existing operarions. For new openings he has become one of the “Go-TO” people in Accra to develop new beverage menus.
