Prior to establishing JB Consultant Group, Judith spent seven years in Accra Ghana, as the General Manager of Yolo Restaurants, part of the Yolo Experiences Lifestyle Group. The group consists of the renowned Japanese Restaurant Santoku, All Day Dining Venue Coco Lounge, Grill and Seafood Restaurant Urban Grill and the Nightlife Concept Carbon.

Judith has built a reputation as an authority on operational setup, service delivery, driving growth, and change management, in both new and existing operations, delivering on both brand and financial growth.

With her extensive background at some of the most iconic, exclusive and high-volume concepts in Europe, such as the Royal Albert, Gaucho and Boutique Red Carnation Hotels, and expertise gained in Ghana over the past 8 years, she proudly forms part of a group of professionals who strive to raise the hospitality sector in West Africa to an international level.
